Explaining hardware problem is not a hard task because you can explain it in more clear way. However, software problem is more difficult and requires a skilled technician to look into. When calling your technician for help, you must therefore lay down all of the symptoms of the problem that you have noted. Then, indicate to them possible triggers or causes to the problem, such that they can make a more precise diagnosis. If you have software related problem I would suggest you to look for some experienced computer repair technician. Better if you look for a computer repair shop because they have experts for each type of problem
